Card Set Made from CTMH Wishes How-To Book

My first "hired out" job! I am really proud at how it came out. My friend asked me to make some thank you cards for another friend who recently had a baby boy. The nursery colors are blues and greens with a nautical theme and she wanted the cards to reflect that.

The card set was made from the Greetings Card Workshop from CTMH's Wishes book. It was so simple and fun! The workshop only uses ONE sheet of B&T and TWO sheets of Cardstock along with standard size card bases. I used Stardust paper, stamp sets Thank You and Baby Gifts (retired) along with Moonstruck and Outdoor Denim ink and Key Lime and White Daisy cardstock.

The cute little card box to hold it all was inspired by Vicki Wizniuk, a fellow CTMH consultant who is absolutely brilliant! Thanks Vicki!

Fun LO using My Acrylix Santa's List and Jingle Paper

This is a layout I made to participate in a swap with fellow consultants. I used Jingle paper and My Acrylix Santa's List. The layout is from Close To My Heart's how-to-book Imagine. I had a lot of fun with extra embellishments like Basic Craft Buttons, Hemp, Twill Ribbon, Foam Tape and Liquid Applique. I used a few fun and very basic techniques to make it unique and more original such as, random stamping, stamping on ribbon, 2nd generation stamping (in the random stamping) and sponging the edges of the Juniper cardstock. Christmas Layout - I love, love, love glitter!!

This is the other layout I did for the CTMH consultant swap I am in. I used REALLY retired Lvl II paper entitled simply enough, Christmas. I had a lot of fun using a lot of different techniques on this!
